Autopsy Results in the Homicide of Laurie MacLellan

Concord, NH – Attorney General John M. Formella and Manchester Police Chief Allen D. Aldenberg announce that an autopsy has been completed on the body of Laurie MacLellan, age 59, of Manchester, New Hampshire.

The autopsy was conducted by Deputy Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Mitchell Weinberg. Dr. Weinberg determined that Laurie MacLellan’s cause of death was multiple stab wounds and her manner of death was homicide.

On June 15, 2023, Robert Eastman, age 54, of Manchester, was arrested on one count of Second Degree Murder pursuant to RSA 630:1-b, I(b) for the murder of Laurie MacLellan. Eastman is currently in the custody of the Hillsborough County House of Corrections where he is being held without bail.

The charges and allegations against Eastman are merely accusations, and he is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
