Local business owners, bankers, and New Hampshire Small Business Development Center Advisors gathered at Feathered Friend Brewery in Concord on June 4 for the “Business and Brews” networking event. The gathering provided an opportunity for attendees to learn about NH SBDC’s no-cost business services, ask questions, and build connections aimed at supporting local businesses.

The event was co-sponsored by Camden National Bank and the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce. Organizers said the casual setting encouraged open conversation among participants about resources available to help their businesses thrive. “Business and Brews” took place from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at 231 S Main St in Concord.

NH SBDC, Camden National Bank, and the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce hosted the event as part of ongoing efforts to support economic growth in the region. Registration was available online for those interested in attending or learning more about future events.

According to the official website, New Hampshire Food Alliance strengthens the local food system through community events and partnerships, operates under the University of New Hampshire, works to build a fair and sustainable local food network by engaging community members, extends its influence statewide, partners with entities like UNH Extension and NOFA-NH, and offers resources such as strategic planning and discussion series.

Future events are expected as organizers continue outreach efforts with area businesses.
