Pappas has represented New Hampshire’s 1st District in Congress since succeeding Carol Shea-Porter in 2019 and previously served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 2002 to 2010. Born in Manchester in 1980 and currently residing there at age 42, he is an alumnus of Harvard University with a BA earned in 2002.
