Rep. Chris Pappas, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing New Hampshire’s 1st district, has been actively engaging with his constituents through social media updates on recent legislative efforts and community initiatives.

On January 24, 2025, Rep. Pappas announced the introduction of bipartisan legislation aimed at honoring and supporting servicemembers who have earned America’s highest military decoration. He emphasized the collective responsibility to acknowledge those who have exceeded expectations in their service to the nation. “The bipartisan legislation I introduced this week with @RepTroyNehls will honor and support our servicemembers who have earned America’s highest military decoration.”

In a subsequent post on January 25, 2025, Rep. Pappas highlighted grants allocated to New Hampshire organizations that assist residents experiencing homelessness. He reiterated his commitment to expanding housing supply and mental health resources to ensure safe and affordable housing for all citizens of New Hampshire. “These grants will support the important work of NH organizations helping Granite Staters experiencing homelessness.”

On January 26, 2025, Rep. Pappas expressed gratitude towards participants of an event commemorating Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., urging persistence in pursuing change while acknowledging its gradual nature. “Thank you to everyone who made this event possible and all those that attended.”
