Chris Pappas, a U.S. congressman representing New Hampshire’s 1st District, recently shared reflections and updates on social media regarding significant anniversaries and achievements. Serving in Congress since 2019, Pappas posted thoughtful messages that resonate with his background and ongoing commitments.
On May 3, 2025, Congressman Pappas commemorated the 22nd anniversary of the fall of the Old Man of the Mountain. He expressed the sentiment that “While it’s now gone from the face of the White Mountains, its legacy lives on as an iconic symbol of the Granite State.”
The following day, May 4, 2025, Pappas announced his reception of a Health Leadership Award from the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA). He emphasized his work on behalf of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and mentioned his advocacy in support of the I CAN Act. Pappas noted, “It was great to speak with the NH nurses and nursing students there. I’ll continue to advocate for all health care workers in Congress.”
