Concord, NH – On May 19, 2023, Governor Chris Sununu signed the following 11 bills into law:
- HB 109: Relative to the occupational therapy practice act
- HB 207: Relative to school district unanticipated funds
- HB 237: Relative to the date of asset evaluation for purposes of determining eligibility for certain property tax exemptions
- HB 248: Relative to revenue from commemorative bottles of liquor
- HB 286: Relative to the removal of political advertising
- HB 335: Relative to the notice of tax lien on real estate subject to a lien for old age assistance
- HB 336: Relative to the format of election ballots
- HB 391: Relative to the memorandum of understanding on data sharing between the department of health and human services and the department of environmental services
- HB 522: Relative to money transmitters
- HB 564: Relative to the ratification of amendments to the state building code and state fire code, and the membership of the state advisory board of fire control
- HB 604: Relative to reading specialists
