The Lebanon Police Department announced on Apr. 27 that its Annual Child Health and Community Programs Golf Tournament will take place on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at the Lake Morey Resort in Fairlee, Vermont.

The event aims to raise funds for local youth and community initiatives. According to the department, this tournament has been held for thirty-four years and supports programs such as the Rape Aggression Defense Program, public relations giveaways including bike helmets for children, donations to nonprofit organizations, and community events like Open House, Coffee with a Cop, and Ice Cream Patrol.

Raffle donations and participation from corporations, local businesses, and individuals in the Upper Valley have contributed to the ongoing success of the tournament each year. The police department said it looks forward to continued support for its child health and community efforts through this event.

Registration details are available on the department’s website. The entry fee is $480 per team which covers green fees, cart use, lunch, and a customized souvenir. There are several sponsorship opportunities available as well. Teams must register by June 23.

For more information about participating or sponsoring the event, interested parties can contact Special Officer Peter Begin or Administrative Assistant Carli Frost via email.
