The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) has announced temporary nighttime closures for the I-89 Exit 17 ramps in Lebanon. The closures will affect both northbound and southbound on and off ramps on the nights of July 14 and July 15, 2025. A rain date is set for July 16, 2025. These closures are part of paving operations.

The work is scheduled to occur between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM, weather permitting, with periodic ramp closures taking place sequentially to reduce traffic disruptions. To assist drivers, message boards and temporary construction signs will direct traffic to use Exit 16 (Southbound) or Exit 18 (Northbound) for rerouting.

Motorists should anticipate possible delays between Exits 16 and 18 during the construction period. Drivers are advised to stay alert in the construction zone and follow all posted signs. Pike Industries of Belmont, NH is managing this $6.3 million project as the prime contractor.
