‘Produce Safety’ Workshop Set for March 27 at NHTI-Concord

Fruit and vegetable growers in New Hampshire will have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge of produce safety at an upcoming training event hosted at NHTI-Concord Community College on March 27. The Produce Safety Alliance: Training Production Tools for Your Farm workshop will run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and costs $50 to attend.

Designed for growers and agricultural professionals, the training will cover best practices for integrating food safety measures into production systems, understanding regulatory requirements, and developing farm food safety plans. Participants who complete the session will receive a certificate that meets the FSMA Produce Safety Rule training requirements [21 CFR 112.22(c)].
