On November 25, 2024, Rep. Pappas announced that his legislation to rename the East Derry Post Office as the Chief Edward B. Garone Post Office had passed the Senate. He stated, “This honors the legacy of Chief Garone and all he did for Derry, NH, and our country. I urge President Biden to sign it into law.”

Later that day, Rep. Pappas highlighted efforts to bolster domestic semiconductor manufacturing. He tweeted about a new award supporting BAE Systems in New Hampshire: “Domestic manufacturing of semiconductors protects our national security, strengthens our supply chains, and creates more good-paying jobs.” This initiative aims to enhance national security and job creation through critical semiconductor production.

On November 26, 2024, Rep. Pappas emphasized environmental protection measures with a focus on pollution prevention. He mentioned a grant aimed at helping businesses implement pollution prevention practices: “Pollution prevention means stopping pollution at the source.” The grant will provide federal resources to reduce costs while safeguarding natural resources.
