Chris Pappas has been serving in Congress since 2019 after succeeding Carol Shea-Porter. Prior to this role, he was part of the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 2002 to 2010. Born in Manchester in 1980 and an alumnus of Harvard University with a BA degree obtained in 2002, Pappas continues to reside in Manchester.
