The Grafton County Farm has teamed up with UNH Extension and the Grafton County Conservation District to install a cover crop demonstration in the vegetable field behind the farmstand. We have a mix of cover crops suitable for vegetable and dairy systems, including sorghum, sudex, cowpeas, clovers, sunflowers, sunn hemp, barley, oats, teff and more.
Please join us for a discussion about the benefits, but also the very real challenges, of growing cover crops.
There is no fee to attend.
No registration is required.
Please contact Heather Bryant for more information at heather.bryant@unh.edu or 603-787-6944.
