Last call for silent bidding! The 4-H silent auction ends Wednesday, September 8. Easily place a bid online on a variety of items — from lilac shrubs to handmade crafts to gift cards for dining, lodging and more! Don’t forget about the 2021 Tom Fairchild Friend of 4-H Golf Tournament on September 9 at Candia Woods Golf Links.

The 4-H Makers Expo is an exhibition and celebration of the things we make in 4-H. Members can showcase 4-H project work they have made and participate in 4-H challenges. Join us on October 16 from 10:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m. in Rumney.

Join our educators for a demonstration workshop at Wagon Hill Community Garden in Durham on Saturday, September 25 where you'll learn about using different types of manure, how to assess the quality, handle and store manure, when and how to use it in your garden and much more. Registration is $10 and the deadline to register is September 23. Space is limited.

George Hamilton Recognized with Exceptional Local Program Award

The Association of Northeast Extension Directors (NEED) awarded George Hamilton the 2021 Exceptional Local Program Award, for his New Hampshire Vegetable & Fruit IPM Scouting Program. This is a new regional award and George is the first winner. George recently retired from the Hillsborough County Extension office as a fruit and vegetable field specialist.  Read More

Jared Reynolds Pursues New Opportunity

Jared Reynolds will be leaving Extension to lead a Vermont-based forest industry business accelerator. He implemented many new programs in his four years with our community and economic team and we want to wish him all the best in his new position.    Read More
