Investigations Unit and the Manchester Police Department - SWAT and Special Investigations Unit executed two search warrants and two arrest warrants on two locations in Manchester

On October 21st, 2021, members of the NHSP TroopG – Investigations Unit and the Manchester Police Department - SWAT and Special Investigations Unit executed two search warrants and two arrest warrants on two locations in Manchester, NH after receiving information of a male subject utilizing a false identity to obtain a New Hampshire driver’s license as well drug sales.

After a lengthy investigation, it was determined that the subject using the identity of Roberto F. Adorno, 45 of Manchester, NH was identified as Jonathan Esiquio Sepulveda LARA, 45 of the Dominican Republic.

LARA was taken into custody and charged with Identity Fraud, Forgery, Tampering with Public/Private records, Unsworn Falsification and Sales of Controlled Drugs.  He will be arraigned in the Hillsborough County Superior Court – North on October 22nd, 2021 at 8:15am.

Members of the Troop G – Investigations Unit are highly skilled Troopers who have received specialized training in the detection of fraud as well as identifying fraudulent documentation and are assigned to assist with crimes occurring within the State of New Hampshire and the Division of Motor Vehicles.

New Hampshire State Police – Troop G, was assisted by members of the HSI – Document Benefit Fraud Task Force, Manchester Police Department, ICE – Enforcement and Removal Operations, United States Department of State and the United States Postal Inspection Service.
