On February 8, 2022 at approximately 1445 hours, members of #NHSP #TroopA, were notified of a physical altercation taking place as the result of a minor motor vehicle collision. Reports indicated the altercation to be along Route 16 in Dover, just North of the Dover Toll Plaza. As #Troopers responded to the area, it was reported that one of the involved participants had departed the scene, and an injured male was left behind. Through witness accounts, a description of the suspect vehicle was provided and it was ultimately located off of exit seven, in Dover. Multiple Troopers were involved in the ensuing investigation and the 55 year-old victim was transported to the Wentworth Douglass Hospital for medical evaluation. It has since been determined that he did not suffer any major injuries.

The operator of the suspect vehicle, 45 year-old Gabriel Price of Rochester, was arrested. He has been charged with seven counts of simple assault, criminal mischief, and endangering the welfare of a child. The last of his charges is brought forward due to Price travelling with a ten year old child during the course of these events.

Price would be bailed and released, and has been ordered to the 7th Circuit Dover Court on March 11, 2022 at 0800 hours.
