Executive Order 2022-04

An order Amending Executive Order 2019-03.

WHEREAS, Executive Order 2019-03 established the Statewide Oversight Commission on

Mental Health Workforce Development; and

WHEREAS, the Commission continues to make meaningful progress to address the mental

health workforce shortage.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CHRISTOPHER T. SUNUNU, GOVERNOR of the State of New

Hampshire, by the authority vested in me by Part II, Article 41 of the New Hampshire

Constitution, do hereby order, effective immediately, that:

1. Executive Order 2019-03 is hereby amended as follows:

a. Section 1 (h) shall now read: "Seven additional members, appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the Governor."
