On Monday, May 30th, Governor Chris Sununu is directing all flags on public buildings and grounds in the State of New Hampshire to fly at half-staff, from sunrise to noon on May 30 in honor of Memorial Day.
“This Memorial Day, we remember those who have served to protect the freedoms and liberties we hold dear,” said Governor Chris Sununu. “I join the citizens of New Hampshire in paying tribute to our brave service members who paid the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our nation.”
Note: The flag is currently at half-staff in remembrance of the victims of the horrific violence in Uvalde, Texas, until sunset, Saturday, May 28.
