Rep. Chris Pappas, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing New Hampshire’s 1st district, has recently shared his views on several issues through social media posts. The congressman, who replaced Carol Shea-Porter in 2019 and previously served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 2002 to 2010, continues to voice his positions on law enforcement, reproductive rights, and sports achievements.

On January 21, 2025, Rep. Chris Pappas expressed his opposition to pardons for individuals assaulting police officers. He stated that such actions should lead to "serious consequences" rather than a "Get Out of Jail Free card." He emphasized his commitment to supporting law enforcement by providing them with necessary resources and respect "Assaulting a police officer should result in serious consequences...".

In another post dated January 22, 2025, Rep. Pappas commemorated the Supreme Court's decision on Roe v. Wade made 52 years ago and criticized the Dobbs decision that reversed decades of precedent concerning reproductive rights. He pledged to continue fighting for access to reproductive health care "52 years ago, the Supreme Court affirmed a woman’s right to choose...".

Additionally, on January 22, 2025, Rep. Pappas congratulated Ryan Day and Chip Kelly from Ohio State University for winning the College Football Playoff National Championship in 2025 "Congratulations to two New Hampshire natives...".
