On January 24, 2025, Rep. Pappas announced the introduction of bipartisan legislation aimed at honoring and supporting servicemembers who have earned America's highest military decoration. He reiterated his commitment to expanding housing supply and mental health resources to ensure safe and affordable housing for all citizens of New Hampshire. "These grants will support the important work of NH organizations helping Granite Staters experiencing homelessness."

On January 26, 2025, Rep. Pappas expressed gratitude towards participants of an event commemorating Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., urging persistence in pursuing change while acknowledging its gradual nature. "Thank you to everyone who made this event possible and all those that attended."
