Through a series of tweets, Pappas addressed his stance on healthcare policy, the administration's approach to health services, and funding cuts to New Hampshire's health programs.

On March 26, 2025, Pappas stated his commitment to healthcare affordability amidst proposed Republican cuts. He mentioned, "While House Republicans push to cut Medicare and undo the progress we’ve made on lowering prescription drug costs, I’ll keep fighting to lower the cost of health care and medications. My bill would ensure seniors do not see a lapse in their benefits."

Later that day, he criticized the administration's prioritization of political views over health. Pappas emphasized the importance of services such as birth control and cancer screenings, saying, "The administration is putting their own extreme political views over the health of individuals. These services support thousands of Granite Staters and include access to birth control, cancer screenings, STI testing, and more. We’ll fight this."

On March 27, Pappas addressed a significant funding reduction for New Hampshire health services, attributing it to the Trump administration's decisions. He commented, "The Trump administration is cutting $80 million for New Hampshire health services, from mental health to substance use disorder treatment. This is funding that New Hampshire was counting on, and losing these dollars will harm public health and safety."
