Maj. Raymond Youngs, executive officer for the 941st Military Police Battalion, achieves the rank of field grade during a promotion ceremony Feb. 18 at Joint Force Headquarters in Concord.
A grateful Youngs, who has served in both the NH Army & Air National Guards, thanked his family, friends and an impressive turnout of soldiers and airmen.
